Repairs & troubleshooting
Dead outlets, lights that flicker, breakers that keep tripping. We track down the cause and fix it.
Panel upgrades
More capacity for the way houses run now. Permit and inspection included.
EV chargers
Level 2 home charging, usually done in one visit.
Lighting
Recessed, under-cabinet, and outdoor lighting. We help with the layout too.
Rewiring
Knob and tube or aluminum wiring, common in older Boise homes. We replace it and patch the walls back.
Remodels & additions
We work with your contractor or straight with you.
How it works
How a visit goes

Book a visit
Pick a time online or call the office. We confirm the day before, then call again when we’re about 30 minutes out.

We diagnose
The visit is $89. A licensed electrician finds the problem and gives you a price before any work starts.
- 3
You decide
Approve the price and the $89 comes off the bill. Most repairs get done the same visit. If you pass, you’re out the $89, but you know what’s wrong and you’ve got a written price.

We’re on time
You get a two-hour window and a call when we’re on the way. If we show up late, your diagnostic is free.
The price comes first
Nothing starts until you approve a price. We don’t run a clock while somebody goes and finds a part.
We leave it cleaner than we found it
Drop cloths on the floor, panel labeled, packaging hauled off. We clean up before we leave.

Why “Ninebark”
Where the name comes from
Ninebark is a shrub that grows all over the Boise foothills. It’s tough and it’s native, and it doesn’t need much to hold a hillside together.
Dale Hutchins started the company in 2016 with one van. He named it after the plant he hikes past every weekend. Ten years later it’s seven people and a shop dog, still doing the same work.
